What Does an Autoimmune Diagnosis Mean?

An autoimmune diagnosis means your immune system, which is designed to protect you from illness, has become confused and is mistakenly attacking your own healthy tissues. This creates inflammation and can affect different parts of the body depending on the condition.

This looks like symptoms of:
