Your path to feeling like yourself again..
Real food. Real recovery. Built around you.
Recovery from chronic illness, autoimmune concerns, and treatment of complex health issues often requires ongoing care, not quick fixes. My Real Recovery Program is designed to provide personalized guidance, accountability, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, and individualized changes as your needs evolve. Each stage builds on the one before it, all working toward the same goal: real, lasting healing.
Let's talk about your specific goals and see if I'm the right person to guide you there.
How it works.
The assessment uncovers what's going on. The 90-day program does the work of changing it. And ongoing check-ins help you stay steady once you're there. Together, they're one path forward.
Comprehensive Health Assessment
Before we start working together, I want to understand the full picture of what's going on in your body. That's what this assessment is for.
We'll go through a 275-question intake together, by phone or in person, covering your full health history, symptoms timeline, nutrition, and lifestyle. This isn't a form I hand you to fill out alone. We do it together, so I can ask follow-up questions, catch patterns you might not think to mention, and start forming a real picture of what your body needs. It takes about 2 hours.
This is the discovery work, and it's the foundation for everything that comes next.
Health Assessment: $500
One-time, required before the program begins.
Metabolic Blood Panel: $225
Suggested if data is not available through current healthcare.
Stage 1
3-Month Plan to Real Recovery
Real, lasting change doesn't happen in a few weeks. It happens in stages, and each one matters.
Month 1: We clean up the inputs. I'll build your personalized roadmap, meal plan, and supplement routine, and we'll meet often (one 90-minute deep-dive, then three 45-minute calls) to make the adjustments that move the needle. Most clients start noticing better sleep and fewer symptoms within the first few weeks.
Months 2 and 3: The compounding begins. We shift to weekly 30-minute sessions focused on fine-tuning, not overhauling. Energy returns, fog lifts, and the work starts to feel less like a project and more like your life. Throughout, I'm tracking your symptoms alongside you, so nothing slips through the cracks.
By the end of 90 days, this isn't a short-term fix you'll need me to maintain. It's yours for life.
3-Month Plan: $2,700
Paid in full. A $300 savings.

Stage 2
Periodic Check-ins for Existing Clients
Healing isn't always linear, and your needs don't stop evolving just because our 90 days together do.
These check-ins are for clients who've completed the program and want a touchpoint as life changes; a new symptom, a stressful season, or simply time to reassess.
We'll look at what's shifted since we last worked together, make adjustments to your plan, and talk through whether it's time to scale back supplements as your body heals or adjust your nutrition as your needs change.
This isn't about starting over. It's about staying supported as you keep moving forward.

FAQs
When investing in your health, it’s natural to have questions. Anything not answered here can be addressed in the free discovery call.

Real change happens in stages, not overnight. Month 1 is where we build your foundation. Months 2 and 3 are where that foundation compounds into lasting change. Shortening that timeline usually just means the changes don't have time to stick.
-
Some clients do feel better fast, and that's wonderful. But quick relief and lasting change aren't always the same thing. The 3-month structure isn't about how long it takes to feel better, it's about making sure those changes hold once we're done working together.

You're welcome to send any relevant records ahead of time, and I'll absolutely review them. But records alone don't capture how you're living day to day, what you've already tried, or how your symptoms actually feel. The assessment fills in that gap, together, and gives us a complete picture that shapes your specific roadmap.

Yes, FSA and HSA cards are accepted as a form of payment through my booking system. Whether your specific expense is reimbursable depends on your individual plan; many plans require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your doctor for nutrition coaching, especially if you don't yet have a formal diagnosis. I'm happy to provide an itemized receipt for your records, and I'd recommend checking with your plan administrator beforehand to confirm what's covered.

That's completely understandable, and you're not alone in feeling that way. I've built this program to be thorough rather than to keep you coming back indefinitely; you're investing in a roadmap and the support to follow it, not an open-ended subscription. Many clients find that what they save later, in time, energy, and trial-and-error, makes up for the upfront cost many times over.
-
I don't promise a specific outcome, no one honestly can. Every body responds differently. What I can promise is a personalized plan built around your needs, and the same level of care and attention I give every client. Most people who follow their plan see real, meaningful change.

The honest answer: I won't know until we talk. That's exactly what the discovery call is for. We'll talk through what you're dealing with, and I'll be upfront with you about whether I'm the right fit.
Still deciding?
You don't have to have it all figured out before reaching out. Most clients start exactly where you are: tired of guessing, ready for answers, not sure where to begin. That's what the discovery call is for. We'll talk through what's going on, what's possible, and whether this is the right next step for you.
