Hi, I’m Angie!

I’m a nutritional therapy practitioner, Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition, helping people recover their health.

With a 19-year history of chronic pain, celiac disease, and bulimia, I know exactly what it’s like to be in the thick of nearly giving up courage and motivation on your health journey.

For years, I tried different things to help me recover. Having coaches, guides and practitioner experts along the way worked for me. By gradually cutting out toxins, adding more REAL food, and changing my beliefs, habits and patterns, I healed my body over time. Helping YOU get your life back with real food, lifestyle changes, and wellness is my passion. No matter where you are in your healing journey, I can help you improve your quality of life.
