I wanted to talk a little bit about having a multifaceted health team.
It frustrates me how our “health care” system is set up in silos. What we really need is a team of experts that share the load of a healing journey. The reason this is so important:
When you have practitioners that talk to each other or communicate through you, this helps your healing overlap into your physical movement.
When this happens your journey can speed up, giving you faster gains.
Nutrition, physical therapy, and personal training are three powerful pillars that work together to create a complete approach to health, recovery, and performance. Here’s how they support and enhance one another-
