I recently held a class about meat stocks and bone broths for healing digestion.

The reason I love broths and stocks for healing above any supplement, is that even the sickest clients are able to start here without trouble.

Stocks and broths are excellent for healing, especially for gut health, joint support, immune function, and overall nourishment.

Gut Healing & Digestion

  • Bone broth contains gelatin and collagen, which support the gut lining and may help with leaky gut and inflammation.

  • Amino acids like glutamine aid in gut repair.

    • Rich in glucosamine, chondroitin, and collagen, which help maintain cartilage and reduce joint pain.

  2. Immune System Boost

    • Contains minerals (zinc, magnesium, calcium) and amino acids (glycine, proline) that support immune function.
