Changing the Future of Food

Joyfully Disrupting the Trend of Chronic Illness

In May of 2022, I took a trip to Topanga.

I had heard about Hilary and School of Lunch at my graduation with the Nutritional Therapy Association in 2021. If you know Hilary Boynton, she is all heart. When I saw her work on instagram, I sent her a message. What Hilary does with real food to help kids grow is something I care deeply about.

Seeing little kids in kindergarten drinking mugs of bone broth voluntarily blew my mind.

If you know me at all, you know I carry a sorrow over my daughter’s longterm alcoholism. At that particular time, I was in a particular low place. Spending a week working in the kitchen gave me new energy to move toward a purpose or a calling to focus on helping other people’s kids stay healthy.

That same year in the summer, School of Lunch offered a grant for me to attend the School of Lunch training academy.

At the time, I was very shy and moderately broken emotionally. What that week did for me in the hills of Topanga Canyon, was to renew my strength with breath work , new friendships and gave me a renewed sense of purpose. When you are working on changing any systems in chronic disease or health for our kids, it can feel very isolating.

The need is so great to improve the quality of food, and the systems so corrupt and entrenched with greed, it can feel like no one cares about kids health.

If you are looking for rest, relaxation, new friends in the Real Food Revolution, or you just need help starting to change the health of yourself or your family, this program is FOR YOU!

I will be sharing more in the coming weeks.

This program is Summer Camp for Grown Ups and so much more!

Set up a call with me to hear more details.

You can also go direct and set a call here with School Of Lunch: trainingacademy@schooloflunch.com

I don’t often promote programs, but this one I would recommend to EVERY person that is longing for change and a deep reset that’s both fun and gentle.

Remember we are all BIOINDIVIDUAL, what works for one does not work the same for another.
